Jeoloji haritalar?n?n yap?m?nda, özellikle eri?imi zor sahalar için son y?llarda çok bantl? uydu görüntülerinin kullan?m? yayg?nl?k kazanm??t?r. Teknolojinin ilerlemesine paralel olarak bu tarz görüntü alan uydular?n say?s?n?n yan? s?ra, kaydettikleri kalitesinde de belirgin bir art?? olmu?tur. Bu çal??ma, farkl? uzay ajanslar? taraf?ndan yörüngeye f?rlat?larak i?letilen Landsat 8 OLI ve Sentinel 2A MSI uydular?na ait Palu Hazar Gölü (Elaz??) aras?nda kalan bölgenin jeolojisi kar??la?t?rmas?n? içerir. Türkiye’nin en önemli deprem ku?aklar?ndan Do?u Anadolu Fay?’n?n (DAF) yer ald??? bölgede kayaç gruplar?n?n hassas belirlenmesi, fay?n yak?n uzun dönem davran???n?n anla??lmas? aç?s?ndan büyük öneme sahiptir. Her iki veri seti uygulanan bant kombinasyonu, oranlamas?, Minimum Gürültü Fraksiyonu (MNF) Temel Bile?en Analizi (PCA) i?lemleri sonucunda, setinden ba??ms?z kombinasyonu MNF analizlerinin daha iyi sonuç verdi?i görülür. Farkl? tiplerinden, jeoloji haritas? ile kar??la?t?r?ld?klar? zaman, 2’ye RGB renk zenginli?i öne ç?kar. Aç?k eri?ime sahip olan kullan?m?n?n, alanlarda jeolojik harita yapma hassasiyetini artt?raca?? gerçektir. kaynaklar?ndan uydusu, hem göreceli yüksek çözünürlü?ü ön plana ç?kmaktad?r.
